Peter Dommett

Peter is Managing Director of mXm Medical Communications, having established the agency in 2000. Prior to moving to the service side of the industry, Peter had a successful career in sales and marketing at Bristol-Myers Squibb UK, Sanofi (Synthelabo) in the UK and Paris and Head of GI Marketing at Astra UK.

For many years, Peter has focused on establishing measures of Value and Return on Investment analysis across a range of different pharmaceutical marketing activities, including congresses, exhibitions and audience-based activities.

Hania Oborska (Strategic Consultant)

Hania is a highly experienced Healthcare Business Consultant with an extensive record of accomplishments driving innovative and solution orientated business and marketing projects, building entrance strategies, managing businesses, products and services through their lifecycle, whilst developing capability and competency within business teams.

Hania has worked with leading global pharmaceutical, healthcare start-up, biotechnology, leading healthcare outsource sales, marketing & medical organisations and medical devices companies. Prior to being a Business Consultant, Hania worked for major blue-chip corporations GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca and Novartis in a variety of senior commercial roles.

Jacqui Lyttle (Strategic Consultant)

With more than 30 years working at very senior management and executive level positions in provider and commissioning organisations, Jacqui brings unique and contemporary NHS insight to the team. Specialising in commissioning intelligence, service improvement and pathway redesign, Jacqui has worked extensively with the pharmaceutical industry supporting the alignment of brand strategies and NHS priorities, and the development of value propositions and value added services.

Jacqui is passionate about quality improvement in healthcare and continues to work within the NHS leading service redesign, process improvement and transformational change programmes.

Samir Paul (Strategic Consultant)

Commercial Excellence expert Samir Paul has 16 years’ experience of enhancing commercial operations within pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences. Samir is focused on leveraging the best outcomes from commercial data and research, in transforming how organisations use insights to drive more effective decision-making and action.

Samir’s experience has seen him work on both the client and service side of the industry and has worked on National, European and Global programmes.

As a trainer, facilitator and business coach he is dynamic, passionate and energetic with unique insights on business, leadership, marketing, management, capability and skills development and has delivered programmes across the world in China, Singapore, South Korea, the USA, Africa and Europe.

Debbie Welham (Strategic Consultant)

With an industry background working for AstraZeneca, Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cegedim and Veeva, Debbie is a highly experienced CRM and Customer Information programme lead. Debbie focuses on the commercial deliverables of CRM tools and data to improve processes and enhance business performance. Her expertise is in defining, implementing and embedding successful CRM systems and effective customer data management.
