For many years, Peter has focused on establishing measures of value and return on investment analysis across a range of different pharmaceutical marketing activities, including congresses, exhibitions and audience-based activities.

Specialising in commissioning intelligence, service improvement and pathway redesign, Jacqui has worked extensively with the pharmaceutical industry supporting the alignment of brand strategies and NHS priorities, and the development of value propositions and value added services.

Jacqui is passionate about quality improvement in healthcare and continues to work within the NHS leading service redesign, process improvement and transformational change programmes.
